    I never end up taking the time to send in the rebates. I think thats what the companies bank on. Instead, I like to shop the clearance stuff after the season. We’ve scored a couple nice pieces of gear that way.

    I never took the time until last year. Man, has ammo went up or what!

    A few years ago, I could get a box of 30-30 or 30-06 at Wal-Mart for $10. Now, they’re almost $20 and in many places more!

    You’re right, ammo prices are a mess. I should have made the connection when I looked over the list. We’re in slug country here and I sure wish I had saved the receipt for the buckhammers.
