We already had the regular Mr. Buddy. When we saw the improved Big Buddy, with a fan and 18,000 btu instead of 9,000 btu’s, we ordered it. I don’t know if we lucked out, but we got the Big Mr. Buddy for 61.00 (and no shipping cost — from Amazon.) Anyone lookig for a heater that does the job — this is the one to get. We use it in our 32′ 5th wheel. My husband connects the hose to an outside 20 lb tank. It is great to improve the temperature, and still good and quiet to use to watch t.v. You know how loud the furnace is!! I would give it 5 stars.

While I was shopping online at Walmart I found the heater you recommended. Could have used it last February when we had to leave home for a week due to an ice storm. Looks like it would be a great addition to a ground deer hunting blind.

I saw those at Cabela’s a few weeks back and wondered how well they worked. I’m going to have to give one of them a try the next time we decide to camp when it’s in the 30′s!
