I bought a .50 cal Buckwacka almost 10 years ago. I use 295 Powerbelts through mine.I use triple 7 magnum pellets. i tried the Hornandy SST 300 gr sabots and did not get acceptable groups until the barrel was fouled. I wonder if it would have gotten better groups with a different powder?
I use 300 gr SSTs in my 12 gauge and love thier performance.

The .45 caliber NITRO MAGNUM that I shoot is $399.99 on their website. I simple love this gun! With 3 50 grain Pyrodex Pellets and a 200 grain Hornady bullet, it’s a flat shooter out past 200 yards.

I just bought a MDM .45 muzzleloader rifle, and can’t wait to shoot it at the range. Nice, simple gun, seems well made. Much more attractive than the typical in-line muzzleloader, and with a reasonable price.
