I found this funny Deer Hunting video on YouTube. If you watch where the bullets are impacting you can tell that they shooter is looking at the Bucks antlers, not concentrating on where his crosshairs are.

Either that, or he didn't sight in his Deer rifle. Could be a case of a Magnum owner having someone else sight in his rifle because he's afraid of the recoil. Regardless, this funny video demonstrates the need for practice with your Deer rifle!

I was surfing the Internet over the weekend and came across MyOutdoorTV.comwhere you can watch many of the Outdoor shows like Outdoor Adventures, Sport Truck Connections, A-Way Outdoors, Babe Winkelman and many others. They also have a good list of Outdoor fishing shows.

What I also found cool about this site is that it has many State and Regional shows like Outdoor Alabama, Outdoor Oklahoma, Texas Outdoor Zone and many others. I think it's neat to be able to see how other States manage their outdoor recreation areas and the diverse wildlife.

I have a slow DSL connection and had no problems watching the shows on MyOutdoorTV.com.

I noticed also that they had a listing of Outdoor Radio shows, but I didn't have time to browse through their listings.

If it is one thing I'd say I don't like about this site, it's how the Featured Show automatically starts when you get to the page. I always have to stop it so I can browse the listings. If I don't, I end up watching the Featured Show and then browsing the listings..LOL

I also noticed they are hosting a Sweepstakes where you can win a dream trip with your favorite host. All you do is register to be eligible.

I'd have to pick either Jimmy Houston (I practically lived in the guy's backyard for years) or Babe Winkelman.

Anyhow, cruise on over to MyOutdoorTV.com and see what they have to offer. If you're anything like me (and I hope you're not..lol) I'm sure you'll find something worth watching. Hey, it's either that or you can pop up a big bowl of popcorn and watch The OJ Trial Part 2.

Yeah, I'll think I head on over and watch another Outdoor show!

I don't have an iPod but I was still able to watch these cool deer hunting podcast over at the HutinJunky. Matt has made some really good video's. I watched Episode's 6 and 7 tonight. Don't ask me why I started backwards, I just do things like that sometimes.

What Matt has done is video podcast his whole season of bow hunting on Public land. I'm not sure what state Matt lives in, but he's got some nice scenery.

I particularly like Episode 6. Matt's attitude and the things he does on the Deer stand reminds me of some silly stuff I do when I'm hunting. I just hope I'm not as silly looking doing it as Matt is!

His site was a little slow when I first saw it with IE 6, but when I switched to Firefox, it ran well.

Anyway, if you want to watch some excellent put together video's, head on over to the HuntinJunky.comand see the stuff Matt has put together. They're top of the line video's that are professionally put together. The picture quality is excellent as well, not some of this grainy out of focus stuff you find on YouTuble.

I'm actually thinking about buying an iPod so I can past the time away on the deer stand, maybe I'll even take some of Matt's video podcast along?!

I found a couple awesome video's of Whitetail bucks fighting on youtube. I thought I'd share them with you. The first one is the most awesome buck fight I've ever seen. Unreal the way these two bucks go after each other!

[youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyOR-YsfBtg]

This second one is of two larger bucks fighting, but the picture quality is poor and the camerman was a ways away. Still a good fight though.

[youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wk8uk_0QFc]

As you can see, some of these Whitetail buck fights get pretty down and dirty. Some even end in death. I've seen bucks spar, but never get into fights like these two video's show. It may just be a matter of time.

Notice how other bucks will come and butt in (no pun intended..lol) This is why rattling is so effective just before the rut and during the rut.
